Based on the belief of "Excellence in Abilities awarded by Shining," the Hong Kong Shine Energy Association provides a wide range of rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities, develops their potential, enhances their independence and self-confidence, and helps them integrate into the society. The services provided by the Association are divided into four core areas, including "Child and Family Support Services", "Special Education", "Adult Services" and "Community Support Services". At present, the Association has a total of 82 service units and special programs, providing routine services to more than 24,000 families every year.
